This week we released our NEW Group Fitness Timetable, which provides a comprehensive overview of classes across our three facilities.

This update ensures our timetable meets the needs of our local community. Thanks to those Members who provided feedback during the review process.

What changes have been made?
The timetable has been organised into categories so members can easily discover classes which best suit their needs.
Classes with low attendance have been rescheduled or removed.
A series of Beginner Classes have been introduced including: Cycle FUN and Restorative Yoga.
New classes added to the timetable include:
- Aquatic Fitness Classes
- Cardio Tennis
- Core Worxs
- Tai Chi
