Let our experienced Group Fitness instructors take you on a journey to improve health and wellbeing

Most classes run for approximately 45 minutes and are a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Classes vary greatly, so depending on your goals you could enjoy relaxation, strengthening or a high energy workout. A description of each class can be found on our Group Fitness timetable.
